About A.H. Hermel

History
A.H. Hermel began in 1935 as a wholesale distributor of candies, novelties, and food related products to small, medium and eventually large chain stores. 

50 years ago, the company expanded into the full-line vending service industry to become one of the largest and most well recognized regional vending companies in the southern MN, northern IA area.

Company Profile
While continuing its wholesale distribution business, A. H. Hermel now provides vending, coffee service, and catering to more than 1000 satisfied customers in the Twin Cities, southern Minnesota and northern Iowa areas.

Our headquarters facility features a USDA inspected commissary for fresh vended foods as well as support for catered events.

Employing well over 100 people in the area, Hermel's has been one of the community's longest family run businesses.  Recently, the fourth generation of Hermel's began making their way into the industry with the addition of Blake Hermel.
